Terms & Conditions

Booking Procedure: We require a valid Credit Card number, expiry date & CVC with which to take a 50% deposit up front to secure your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received this deposit.

Deposit Policy: a 50% deposit of the total amount will be deducted immediately from the Credit Card provided for guarantee.

A GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2% for Visa, MasterCard & Amex.

Standard Cancellation: If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay will apply. A 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked will be charged if the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to arrival.

Peak Season Cancellation: period (20th December 2021 – 10th January 2022); Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.

Groups Cancellation: Group (4+ Suites) Reservation Cancellation within 60 days incurs 50% charge, within 30 days of arrival 100% cancellation fee applies, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.

Covid-19 Cancellation: If the city or area in which the guest permanently reside or Queenstown is under government travel restrictions and affects his/her ability to travel, we can amend the booking to an alternative date or hold the deposit as a credit to be used within twelve (12) months from the original arrival date. New dates are subject to availability and any rate difference will be applied.

Full travel insurance, which protects against unexpected changes to your travel agenda, is recommended.

All Tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (15%).
