Message from the General Manager

To our guests,

In this time of uncertainty I wanted to reach out personally to assure you that our commitment to you and your travel plans remains our highest priority.

In response to the current climate we have updated our cancellation policies, if you are concerned about your future stay with us, please contact our team directly to assist with cancellations and changes to your reservation.

As of Wednesday 25 March 2020, we will be closing for the mandatory 4-week lock-down period in response to the New Zealand Government level 4 alert for COVID-19. We will continue to follow government policy on operations but plan to re-open our doors at the earliest possible opportunity.

Our thoughts are with you, your family and our global community during this time but we look forward to welcoming you to stay and dine at No5 Church Lane in the near future.
