Local merino lamb spice-rubbed & chargrilled, quinoa salad, babaganoush, cumin yoghurt

Roast beetroot falafel (v)
Spiced beetroot & chickpea falafels, marinated courgette tomato salad, Zany Zeus feta

Gnocchi, tomato & salt cod
Homemade gnocchi in a tomato & Bannockburn saffron sauce, salted Bluff blue cod, kalamata olives, crispy capers, basil

Made with preserved figs from the only fig tree in Arrowtown, served with cinnamon mascarpone

Served with homemade rich vanilla ice-cream
